|Recommended: YesGreat Place to live, and that's why I'm staying here — I honestly love the buildings, the staff, the location, and I'm choosing to stay here because I love it so much. But, the only three downsides are as follows. The parking was designed for only building residents and no one else, unfortunately that leads to a shortage of parking due to guests and being next to the college kids come in and out all the time, and I see residents' cars out on the road quite frequently. The noise laterally from apartment to apartment is very low, but with all apartments vertically noise control is difficult but is different from tenant to tenant, so noise that way is always a toss up.
Now, the Landscaping, the low rating is mostly because I am a professional in the green industry and have high standards for appearance. Most of the Arborvitae are either leaning, half dead, or just sticks and I'm afraid the same look is going to start on the new plantings by Building 825 including the trees as well. The mulch on the slope in front of Building 811 has a tendency to slide down the hill, leaving the weed barrier exposed. However, the grass is always a perfect length, which is only what that company should be doing, is mowing the grass.

|Recommended: NoOverall good experience needs some updates — Overall, Villas at Kirkwood was a good place to live especially for Kirkwood Community College students. The apartments are somewhat expensive for what you get. The apartments need recycling added.
|Recommended: YesGood apartment — The buildings are new and once construction was completed everything felt really comfortable. Unfortunately, you can hear every noise in the hallway all too well and can sometimes faintly hear your neighbors if they're being a little loud. All the appliances are really nice and work properly and the fact they offer to provide some furniture is extremely helpful. The office manager is super friendly and so is the rest of the staff. Overall it is a nice apartment coming from someone who is renting for the first time .

|Recommended: NoI think tahta is a good place but is costly and the options for lease dont help the customer. — Is a complete apartment all in one unit , new facilities , good location but the monthly payment plus the utilities increase monthly and the utilities not have a control.

The utilities are included in your rent. Any monthly change is based on electric overage that you may have used and is part of the lease agreement.

|Recommended: YesOverall solid place for young professional — New building with a lot of construction on the back side of the building. Rooms are on the smaller side, and sometime you have to deal with the issues associated with being in close in proximity to a college. Overall , it is solid place for a young professional wanting to save some money. Management does a great job with relationships, and is willing to help when something goes wrong. Overall I have been happy with the experience.
