|Recommended: YesA great place to live — I can not find even one negative comment on my apartment or of any of the staff. Common areas are clean, manager is efficient as well as very personable. Grounds are well maintained and after living here for almost a year it’s still quiet and safe place to live. I am an older renter and the collage students all very friendly.

Also no such thing as an older renter.... mature or seasoned! AND YOU are AWESOME :)

|Recommended: YesDeceptive advertising. Not REALLY all utilities included. Still have to pay electricity. — Fairly nice, new place. No dishwasher unfortunately. Front door to building sticks and slams really hard.
|Recommended: YesGood Place to be — The apartments are nice and cozy. Perfect for a single person. Still pretty new but has a dog area, sidewalks that lead to trails. Only issue is outside noise thru HVAC unit and hallway noise. But mostly not an issue. Parking lot lit very well, which lights up the bedrooms at night, so you will want some curtains, but completely minor detail. Overall, I would have no problem recommending someone to choose the Villas
|Recommended: YesComfy and perfect — I love it here. I have never seen or met a landlord manager get things done by requested by the tenants. Everyone around here is quiet. The insides are pretty perfect for me. I love how I can have my windows open and everything. JUST LOVE IT
|Recommended: YesOverall A Great Place to Live — Michele has been a great person to welcome me to my first apartment. She really knows how to make someone comfortable in their living space and accommodates to needs that are expressed. Overall had a really great time living here and would live here longer if it weren't for school.
