|Recommended: YesThe Villas at Kirkwood — Overall, I like this place. It is modern and partly furnished. I have had some issues with cleanliness and broken devices while moving in, but they were all resolved in a timely manner. This apartment complex overall isn't the cleanest, which can be understandable due to pets, but the hallways and stairwells could be kept up better.

The apartments are very clean and ready to move into. They have a great location and are close to 10-15 minutes away from Cedar Rapids which is very convenient

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I am here as a college student and it is a perfect living space. I am in a one-bedroom and it is the perfect size for me and my fur babies. Other than some noise seeping through the walls and the hallways not always vacuumed, this place is pretty much heaven.
