|Recommended: YesGreat quiet apartment for single occupancy. Nice amount of space for living. There was enough room in the bedroom for the provided desk bed plus a dresser I purchased. The bed was raised and I had adequate space for storage. The apartment came with a washer dryer which was extremely helpful.
What I really liked about the apartment was a friendly and helpful manager who was available for advice on apartment life. Also the neighbors were kind and we had organized events like Thanksgiving dinner.

|Recommended: YesNot bad — I’ve been here for about a month now and have no major issues with the complex. Office staff is great, maintenance is kind, only issue is hallways and stairs are not cleaned regularly. My puppy is a vacuum with debris in hallway and stairs so it frustrating.

|Recommended: YesNice — Moved here to travel for work. Nice community, no real issues yet and don’t expect any. No parties on weekends and seems most go home because the parking lots were almost empty. It’s comfortable and quiet, not luxe at all but works for my need.

|Recommended: YesGreat Spot — Love my 1 BR apartment at the villas. Overall, staff and fellow tenants are all very kind and the apartment itself is great for the price. Within a couple of days of moving in all my requests were taken care of by the front office and staff which again, super nice people.

|Recommended: YesClean and Quiet — For an on-site campus apartment, this place is surprisingly quiet almost all the time. The buildings are managed well and if you have any problems, they are resolved in an efficient manner.

|Recommended: YesOverall opinion on the Villas — Nice apartments, not too noisy. It is upsetting that maintenance doesn't show up then doesn't say why. The grounds could be cleaner. There's a lot of trash around the apartments outside. I do really enjoy the pond however, it is a nice place for me and my dog to walk around. Michele the apartment manager is very nice and helpful.
