|Recommended: YesIt’s nice, but definitely needs some clean up — I would say it’s nice but the people above me make a lot of noise
|Recommended: YesClean, new-looking, helpful staff — I think the location isn't amazing, but the apartments themselves are nice and spacious. Staff is very nice and helpful, also flexible and accommodating.
Sadly, we can't do much about the location! But we are happy with the review of the apartment themselves -
|Recommended: YesGreat apartments, good amount of space and security worth the payment — The only complaint I have is there is no parking for guests they have to park on the street which is dangerous. other than that this is a great apartment complex.

Parking is a problem for guest, we are working with the city to get speed limit signs to hopefully, slow
down the traffic on the street...

|Recommended: YesVery nice and convenient place for college students or young adults — Living here is much more private than other places you might live at in this area. It's also safer, less noisy, nicer, and friendlier than other housing properties in the area as well. It is slightly pricey, but once you add up all the positives vs the negatives it has, especially compared to other complexes, it is worth it.
